Hamilton Tiger-Cats All Access

The app needs a full overhaul. We need a live feed of games with a easy to see diagram. It also need to have support with new “Live Activities” feature on iOS that allows for live activities to appear as widgets on your home screen and use the dynamic island. Allowing people to turn on live activities for the app people could have the scores sent to their phone automatically or choose what they want live info from. The home section needs to be about the current score in a game, past games played and the scores of that game. The schedule sections should have its name changed to the live action section. That’s where the “Live Activities” settings will go as well as the play by play showing who has the ball, what down it is, where the ball is on the field, how much time is left and more. People should be able to also look at all the previous plays so they can see thing they may have missed later. This is also where the Ti-Cats Audio Network should go to. Next would be the roster page. I like how that one is. It’s explanatory and simple. After that we have the standings section. This section is basically where it need to be. Some simple tweaks would go a long way though. The standings section should also have the post season finals and Grey Cup bracket under it. Next would be the the Latest section. This should be changed to the “Store” section. This would allow you to purchase stuff form the Ti-Cats store in the app. This could also be where 50/50 tickets are sold and other paid promotions. Last the latest section should be called the “News Room”. This is where all news about the team, press conferences, new hires and things like that. I bleed Black and Gold but this app sucks it is still showing tickets for sale in a preseason game and the standings haven’t been updated for 2023 either. The live activities feature and a live play by play is a must. Please fix this app.

The standings & the schedule are not up to date. In fact, the standings indicate it’s 2022. The is no choice for 2023. Please update so it’s worthwhile

App would be great if you could actually resell you’re tickets. Every time I put in banking information it says there’s a problem

A must have for any Ti-Cat fan. You can listen to live streams!

The app is badly flawed and doesn’t work for anyone who has an existing account. It insists on you creating a new account every year and won’t let you reuse an existing phone number or email address. This means you can’t access your tickets which are still with the old account. You have to go in through their website access. That works properly and does allow you to reuse your existing account.

It is completely not blind friendly, does work with voiceover plus I told them about it and they responded by telling me basically they will not be fixing the app to make it accessible, not fair.

I’m all for replacing paper tickets but this app is horrible. Crashes constantly and took me almost an hour to get my ticket. Not surprising for anything involving the biggest scam company of all time: Ticketmaster

This app is useless since it is unable to link to my loyalty points. No way to access loyalty points or redeem by season ticket holder discounts since it won’t link and the organization wants me to pay money to get a physical card. Don’t bother.
