The user interface is so bad and confusing

Design-ul lasa de dorit, nu se vad anumite optiuni, pentru ca nu sunt asezate corect. Nu se updateaza statusul comenzii, ramane under prepararion. Am depus o comanda, am platit online, m-au sunat ca nu au produsele dorite si sa anulez comanda. Comanda nu se poate anula din aplicatie, le-am sunat inapoi, mi-au zis sa sun la suport, bineinteles ca nu mi-a raspuns nimeni, la mail nu primesc raspuns. Am pierdut si cei 20 de lei pe care le-am primit pentru ca am invitat un prieten, si banii pentru comanda, 56 de lei.

This is the worst food order application ever, expensive and useless. It's incredible that they release such a buggy and expensive piece of junk. Several times, it happened that the orders were not sent correctly. I could never use my coupon codes properly; either they had an expired date right after the purchase or simply didn't get applied. Also, after spending around 50 Ron, I receive cents as "coupons." It's pathetic that you have to pay for such a "service."

The app is far from functional and full of bugs, ApplePay option is gone, online payment is horrendous, the delivery addresses were transferred incorrectly from “Ospatarul”. Maybe the developer should redo the entire app.

The online payment system is terrible. I tried several times my card but it does not work.

Talán nincs is olyan étterem Csíkszeredában, ami ne lenne egy karnyújtásnyira a Hammon keresztül. Az már csak hab a tortán, ha a rendelést hamm-ős futár hozza ki. Ilyenkor ha azt mondják, hogy 50 perc a szállítási idő az max. 50 perc ;-) Ügyesek ezek a Hammos fiúk!

Nu sunt deloc mulțumită de aceasta aplicație. Nu ai posibilitate de Căutare după nume restaurant, este super lenta și deloc user-friendly! După părerea mea, și a celor din anturajul meu, necesita îmbunătățire! Sa știți ca nu sunt singura care mi-am zis: Gata, de pe Hamm nu mai comand!
