App hangs when opening qr camera
Should be so easy but the app hangs during registration so it’s useless.

Description
Handelsbanken Digital ID is our new log in and authentication app which gives you another secure way to access online banking and approve payments. It can be used as an alternative to the logon card and card reader, giving you more choice when you wish to access your accounts online.
With Digital ID, you can;
• Log in to online banking
• Create and approve payments
• Authorise changes to your security settings
Setting up the app
Once you have downloaded the app, you must activate it by following the below steps:
1. Log in to online banking using your card reader with cable
2. Click ‘Mobile Banking’ in the top menu and select ‘Activate Digital ID’ from Quick Links
3. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your activation
To use Handelsbanken Digital ID, you must be a Handelsbanken UK customer who is registered for either Individual or Corporate Online Banking.

The online support guy was really helpful when moving if to new iphone
Never works for log in
Keep scanning my online on laptop to phone - never works. While service from this bank is great online banking is appalling.
