I subscribed to the print version from the late 80’s until this app came out. I have subscribed to the online version for the past 10 years. After an update to iOS17, I can’t open any issue. So everything I have paid for for 10 years is no longer available to view. What a ripoff.
Bought 2 subscriptions I still can’t download anything
I have subscribed to this magazine but when I downloaded the app it does not recognize my subscription. The same is true with RIFLE magazine. I have contacted the publisher and they say the problem is with the app.
I always look forward to new issues. Fantastic articles on things both old and new. Great authors with a vast field of knowledge.

I enjoy reading most issues of hand loader, it has a lot of interesting topics & articles. It is the only magazine I pay for.
I downloaded your app and then proceeded to buy a single issue. I paid the 4.99 price and attempted to download the issue in which it said I was not authorized. I decided to give it some time to catch up in case the system was slow. Came back the next day and same problem. I tried to refresh purchases. Said there was an error. I tried to find contact info on the app. I failed. Maybe me but don’t see any so I’m forced to write a crappy review because in the first 24 hours I have had nothing but problems and have not been able to contact anyone to fix them. Oh, and by the way, I want my 4.99 back.
I have an online subscription and thought I'd be able to link up to that and get handloader downloaded on my phone easier. These subscriptions are through magzeter and from what I can find there's no way to link the accounts.
The powder reviews are informative to me. I always enjoy the articles by John Barsness. It's a real loss to not have articles from Ross Seyfreid any more.
