The app requires you to register in a horrid way, and if you don’t have an austrian number you have to send an SMS to a foreign number. To pay for parking you should only need the plate number and my credit card (or ideally apple pay). And no registration.

I know that Germans and Austrians are very proud with their language, but it is very uncomfortable for foreigners to use this app. Almost everybody in the world speaks English... Austrians not. Such a shame.

Die App verliert ständig die Anmeldedaten. Letzter Schmäh das man zum Zurücksetzen des Passwortes einen Kunstgriff benötigt der einem für ein Kostenpflichtiges Telefonat erklärt wird. Ein bekanntes Problem bei der App. Empfehlung war letzten Endes eine Neuanmeldung und das Guthaben das da bereits drauf war, ist elendig per Tausend Infos bei der Stadt Wien als Bittsteller einzufordern. Ein Witz ist das. Hier würde ich unterstellen das sich die Stadt hübsch am Autofahrer bereichert. Einfach nur letztklassig und beschämend

Functionality is cool but topping up the account is nearly impossible. Approved the transaction in my banking app, success error shown in the app but no money was added to the account. Disappointing

Nach jedem Update, müssen alle Daten (Credentials) neu eingegeben werden. Nervig wenn man einen Parkschein unterwegs buchen möchte!
