Would be five stars if,
the keyboard extension worked in other apps like it used to,,now it shrinks and takes up barely 1/4 of the screen,,,,,sounds gone too :(, please fix

Ah, nostalgia!
Just a nice little app. Have it on iPad as well, maybe it's even better there - if possible.
No Azerty option
Once again the US prove that they think they’re alone in the world. There is no option to choose different keyboard setups, be it azerty or others. No possibilities to add the most common accents either. I really wanted to like this app, the look and sounds are great, but you just can’t ignore 90% of the world.
iPad et clavier
Impossible de ne pas s’énerver en utilisant l’application avec un clavier externe Apple. Le clavier virtuel vient se placer sur le texte que l’on écrit. Même en masquant le clavier virtuel, il revient dés qu’on touche l’iPad pour replacer le curseur sur la page. C’est très pénible. Le clavier virtuel offre beaucoup moins de possibilité que le clavier externe ! Sinon si ce problème était résolu, le fait de retrouver les sensations des anciennes machines à écrire est sympathique.

With iPad language set to “Netherlands (Belgium)”, writer should set itself to Azerty keyboard.
