Mediocre
Not really worth the price. Apps had technical faults hindering you from use more than once. UX is a bit confusing. You can’t get the most out of the apps potential because you’re not aware of all the features. Maybe a case of having either too many features for the user or not having enough educating on how to use the app & its features. Either way. It’s a good app, has potential but not worth all the money. When I paid I at least expected the app to work all the time, not kick up a 503 error. Also customer service is bad because when I messaged them my review/feedback saying it’s not worth the price there was only a reply stating along the lines of “okay we’ll escalate your thoughts & keep em in mind”. For a client that’s unhappy with paying I expected more than that. I want this app to work, it’s really a nice looking app in terms of UI. But if you can’t fix the technical issues & the overall UX then I can’t subscribe again next year.
