My previous company benefits app had Apple Pay at checkout so that a gift card could be created to pay at the till point once you know the total. Without this function the Hapi app takes too long for this to happen. This means most of the time I don’t create a gift card unfortunately :( this is a shame as the app has everything going for it except this letting it down.
Since using the app since Nov 2023 to now June 2024, I’ve saved almost £300, problem is, when I don’t use up all the credit on the voucher, I have to remember which voucher has credit left on it. It would be handy if the developers made a bookmark feature to mark the vouchers that still need to be used, as it will end up getting lost in the lines of other vouchers purchased on other days.
Great app most of the time but the employee online keeps crashing. Haven’t been able to get on it for 24 hours again
Couldn’t even register and costumer service doesn’t even respond.disaopointed .
When on the discounts section which lists all retailers, as you scroll down it keeps flicking back up to retailers beginning with B or C. That means it’s impossible to scroll down very far.
App not working
I downloaded this app but there are 17 missing retail shops compared to my partners. We both have the same model phone. My partner has the benefits through the company and I should have most of the unpaid benefits as a member of the same household, however I have and it’s smoke things like Argos and Apple. I tried deleting the app more than once and making sure I have the latest update on my phone. I’ve re-installed the App but still 17 missing retailers. S don’t understand it. Surely Argos is not a problem for partners
Love this app works really well.
Wrongly purchased three 110-pound vouchers. The app kept showing my payment didn't go through but took money from my bank account the next day. Called customer service two times. The first time I was told refund would be issued within 2 working days; no refund after a week. I called again to check and was told I would receive an email later that day explaining the situation; 2 days have passed and I have received nothing. 330 is more than what I saved after using this app for half a year. Absolutely horrible🙃🙃
