Great app

I never have any issues, I have everything at my fingertips and the information is clear and concise. I have my checking and savings account as well as links to my children’s juniors account and my car payment, all of it is super easy to access and work with Adam moments notice.

App is horrible

At least 5 days a week (usually from Wednesday to Sunday every single week) the app is “unavailable”. This app has become useless .

Good basic app

I can check balances make transfers and all the basic stuff. On their webpage HAPO has stuff for categorizing and budget monitoring stuff you may need, but that doesn't really translate to their app. BECU has a better app that includes the budgeting functions, but I have been having issues with certain institutions syncing. HAPO had broken that sync in an app update a few years back, but a couple loan services had the same problem. Dont expect this to replace Intuit, but it does what it needs to. I guess that is good enough.

I am so happy with hapos online resources and it’s so convenient!

Pending deposits

Considering switching back to my old bank. For some reason this one likes to hold onto deposits. My last bank deposited right away.
