This app is really good, when it works! Every time I go on the my goals part it crashes :( but if that gets fixed it's awesome. Oh and I also think that if my phone is set to silent the music should be silent and/or not play as soon as you open the app.

It's good app one thing impress me is the meditation have the 'guide',it's really bring me to peace and i enjoy it! The pity thing it only have one version of guide meditation,so if the developer of this app see my suggestion,can you simply add more guide meditation to this app?that will made this even better and fascinating!

So this app annoyed me when I first opened it and my phone was on silent mode and music began to play. I figured that's a bit rude, it should be silent like my other apps, no matter, oh, it's not formatted for iPhone 5, again, an inconvenience. The goal system is odd because you have to tap through about 4 times to mark a goal as complete. The only good thing about the app was the meditation portion which can be timed depending if you are trying to relax or just have a moment of calm.

I find that the app works great for the reasons I downloaded it, I didn’t want to start a gratitude journal but I did want to be more aware of the things in life that we don’t think about regularly. The app is great for asking me to list what I’m grateful for and how something made me feel. I go on being more mindful of myself and grateful for little things in my day after using it. My only bad review is that it’s kind of glitchy which is annoying but hopefully that will get fixed because I’m enjoying it!
