I’m at level 316 without using any real money. Pretty satisfying game! Some of the levels are too hard and you need to use extra «tools» ar correct time to make it.

After the first hospital you’re not able to keep on playing without spending a lot of 💸💸💸 Big time disappointment!

Kinda hard

This game is actually quite captivating, but it is a pay to win game. If you can complete all the levels for free, you’re officially super human. The app is constantly having validation problems, syncing with server, restarting, and conveniently freezes just as you’re getting a reward for watching a long ad. But it is rather addictive, allthough a little too difficult and expensive. I wonder if whoever designed this game has ever been to a hospital. The doctors wave their hands over their patient’s bed for a while, and suddenly the patient jumps up, completely cured. In Oslo they cure people with water, ice and steam. The ambulances come rushing in to urgently get their patient … a glass of water. And they don’t shut the front door, just turn up the heat.

A youtuber recommended this game for us to try, and I don’t that. This is very fun.

Its decent, but its physically impossible to get past level 22. Maybe i just suck at this game, but nobody is able to play the game while just chilling or having fun and its a bit annoying. its actually a pretty fun game, so thats kinda the only issue. Also you need to upgrade your stuff to get past levels, but when you lose a level, you only get, like, on a good day, 16 coins. And you need around 300 coins to upgrade something, so your advice of "Just level up your doctors" doesnt really work.
