Why does this game pay money???????

When I started playing this game l was checking the room’s and when went to one of the room’s it said pay 2.99$ and then I got mad so i told my mom to pay but she said no then I got mad again I was about to delete it but I want to download more of these games and wanted to write a review and delete this game.
