I really love the game and played for 1 year. But now, when I log in back with my Apple ID, I can’t log in back into it. I feel sad and very sorry for my progress. I don’t want to start over, help me recovering my account.
When upgrading staff I don’t receive all the points the upgrade is worth, making it harder and taking longer to level up. If an upgrade is worth 250 points, I might get 25 of those points. Also, there’s no way to purchase or earn treats to upgrade the cats
At what point are y’all gonna stop forcing me to do sh !t within the game….. it’s fairly simple and basic … not sure why I can’t get a single hour of gameplay without the game trying to force me to click on something …. Make the tutorial OPTIONAL because some folks don’t need help!!!

I have been playing this game for a while and I just love how there’s so much to do!! There’s multiple games and it is very aesthetic. The only things I want more of are tasks and events but besides that, I really enjoy this game :)
Looks like a cute and fun game, but you spend more time waiting for ads to end than you get to play the game. Very disappointed. I’m not paying to remove ads, and I play several games that have ads, but this is the most ridiculous I’ve tried. You can’t even clear tables and collect money without having to watching the longest ads. Don’t bother trying to play unless you’re going to pay.
i hit max level, and i have nothing left in the game to do. will there be more content and levels soon?
This ad either freezes on black screen and I have to close out the whole app and lose everything or it just loops a billion times. Funny that it always seems Solitaire Cash to be bad on many of the games I play, almost like they build the add purposefully to get away with the most screen time, but really just backfires and probably makes more people HATE the app because of this.
Super frustrating. This game has so many ads and typos. Sometimes, you’ll sit through an ad to get an error message that your reward couldn’t be delivered.
I think it’s called Floor Directs or something… this is a great game, super cute and super fun, but I have to stop watching ads for the rewards and stuff just because whenever that one ad comes on, it just messes up the game. Like, at first, I thought that it was just really long but no - I’ve stared at my phone for 5 mins (it was 5 because I was listening to music and 2 almost 3 songs passed) and still nothing. And not only that, but I get this particular ad every time. At first, I could just exit out the game and retry whatever I was doing in hopes of a different ad (mostly the challenge cargo), but I don’t get any different ads anymore - just this one.
