I have been paying and updating my wallet regularly but I must say the billing system is too confusing. I am always zero in my wallet. I cannot understand how. When I try to understand the transactions I cannot understand anything. There by I feel there is a lot of fake transactions added. I will be cancelling my account with them. Sorry you are not transparent.

Be careful you will not get your money back if you decide to leave them It has been a long time and i am checking everyday but no refund

So far so good I was enjoying the service as well as products but on the mighty 29/11/23 when I picked up a packet of buffalo milk to put it for boiling got a glance of something black poured into utensil from the packet then I got suspicious and picked up that thing which came out to be a dead common house fly.It’s really disgusting and unpardonable.(I hv photographed it) Sorry I relied upon the product and thought it’s something hatkey but every one is after profit making. Got them to deliver for 3 days then asked to stop. Few days later I get the bill for 5 days (additional 2 litre milk added without delivery). I haven’t paid them yet, but they keep calling even though I have clarified multiple times and asked them to fix the bill

I would not recommend anyone to buy any product from here. They are scamming people. They just take your money and never deliver the product. Thank god I have only ordered one liter of milk which I have paid for and it’s been 3 days I have not received the delivery. Even tough they are asking for more money to recharge the wallet for the upcoming deliveries.

I strongly recommend not using this app, and if you do, do not add anything in your cart if you don’t want to buy a product. If you do, their team sitting at the back-end will quickly place your order without your permission and send it on cash on delivery. Your wallet will go into negative balance. They don’t care if you accept the order or not, the delivery person will put it on your main door and run away. And if that happens, do not waste your time in asking them to remove the negative balance in your wallet because they won’t. You must recharge your wallet before placing your next order.
