Utiliza la escala de Bristol para clasificar tu caca, registra información como duración, cantidad y color, así como notas y fotos personalizadas (no te preocupes, tu privacidad siempre será respetada).

I’ve recently been diagnosed with IBS and this app is truly amazing to me! I’ve actually looked forward to keep up with my bowel habits since downloading this app, and this app makes it so easy! This is by far the longest I’ve keep any sort of track or log of my bowel patterns for my doctor. I love that it also has an option to keep track of food, water, and exercise, etc as well. For logging poops, you can specifically log your symptoms during, color, time it took, and how you felt during your poop. For all my IBS ladies and gents, this app has truly been a life saver for me! I love it!!! 10/10 recommend :)

I have a type of Brain Cancer and would forget if I pooped or not. This app is great for documentation.
So far so good.
Easy enough to do. Sometimes navigation between the educational tabs and the rest of the app are disconnected and you have to exit the app to get back in. But the log in is super simple. Love the splash.
