We ordered the baby playpen and it arrived after a month with many parts missing. The parts we did receive seemed really low quality. Customer service has been slow to respond. We’re trying to return it but they’re claiming they need a picture of the original shipping box the product came in which we didn’t keep. Seems like a fraudulent company.
