Bedrägeri!
Drogs precis 498kr från mitt konto, utan att jag har appen installerad och den finns inte under abonnemang i iPhone!!!
Fullt av fel och brister
Anmälningsformuläret på webben ger applikationsfel från webbservern ut till användare. Amatörmässigt. Anmälningsformuläret är omodernt och saknar info för den som fyller i. Vid registrering får jag ett applikationsfel, nästa gång jag försöker är emailadressen upptagen. Jag kan inte fylla i rabattkod utan att ange kortnummer. Inloggning på appen (iOS) döljer lösenordsfältet med tangentbordet så att man inte kan klistra in lösenord. Vid försök till inloggning är servern nere men ger istället svaret att jag saknar internetanslutning. Alltihop känns som en mardröm från 1998.
Gammal information
Generellt gammal information utan uppdatering, om man tar betalt för en app bör den hållas uppdaterad i vitala delar. Har sett exempel på gästhamnar som för många år sedan har ändrad layout och service!
Hamnguiden
Vi har provat att använda Hamnguiden under drygt 6 veckors segling på Västkusten. Över lag tycker vi att den har fungerat tillfredställande med tanke på att det är en digital variant. De fysiska böckerna är såklart överlägset mycket bättre men med tanke på att månadskostnaden är väldigt låg ger vi appen godkänt. Ett stort plus vore om man kunde se sin egen position på sjökorten och om de inte tog så lång tid att ladda ner.

I have looked at a number of harbours in Blekinge but it is outdated information. Some places it says anchoring but in reality there is Y boms. Who updates the information?
Disaster
Can’t log in. App says I’m offline when I’m not. Completely useless.
Feature request
Features I’ve tested seem to work fine. What I am really missing is the ability to mark favourites and to view a list of favourites. This lowered the overall score. Currently using a free promotion, but if I cannot mark favourites when the period is over I will not extend it. Rather buy a paper version where I can use bookmarks. Best regards!
