I’ve been playing this app for years, long before hard rock owned it. This $1 million giveaway wheel thing that they are advertising, for some reason I do not have access to it and I don’t understand why.

Great game, but…..

My wife and I Are at dinner and I went to claim my 5 million in credits. It was loading for over 5 min so I closed the window re- went into it but it came right up saying I already got the 5 million chips. I’ve played this for years and it’s in my top 3 to play. I am 70 years old disabled can’t work, can’t drive and as former law enforcement, it’s difficult to live this way. Is there anyway to see if it was applied, if not since balance appears unchanged, is there someone I can text, email, call to insure I get the reward Thanks, Happy New Year and STAY SAFE

Fun game but could be improved

I enjoy playing the games but there are a couple of things that could be improved to make the game more fun. Stop interrupting game play with card pack rewards. That is making me want to uninstall already. Also, it would be very nice if you could make all games landscape compatible. Super annoying to be following a mission where you move from game to game and have multiple games require portrait orientation in order to play.

Horrible UX Forces Purchase

This is the only slot game that has a Max Bet Button next to the Spin Button. This is purposeful so you max bet and lose all the coins you’ve paid for and built up so you have to BUY more. I have had it. I won’t play it anymore. Shame on you Hard Rock for these deceptive practices.
