I want to get my money back within the 14 days
I am really unhappy with the app, dont have a good feeling, as i cant cancel it. Iy is not visible in my apple store even. Very strange. Already send two emails. Hope they react soon.

I’ve subscribed for a subscription of 3 month. After i checked my bank account it didn’t only take the offer price of 25,99 but another 31,45 and 36,26 too, without even mentioning this. After seeing this i wanted to check for a refund but they didn’t even let me make an account in the first place. This is not what i subscribed for.
Unsubscribe isn’t possible please end it
I don’t want this app anymore, i want to unsubscribe but there ain’t no button to do this, I tryd this app, but do not use it anymore, now there is automatic subscription but I can’t end it. So please end it for me. Please help me to stop this before the expire date ends
Avoid at all costs
The exercises are not customized and tailored to your needs. They are very basic and generic. They have a shady money back policy, which they don’t advertise transparently, where they refuse to give you a refund if you dislike the app. Do not subscribe, you can find better fitness videos on other apps or online, save your time and money. Their money back trial offer is a scam because they have no intention of giving your money back if you request a refund because you have used the app and discovered you don’t like it. The whole reason someone signs up for a money back trial is to test whether they like a service or not, therefore this app’s money back policy is a scam to get people to sign up.
Kan niet eens registreren
Ik kom niet eens door de registratie heen, wordt er steeds uitgegooid bij leeftijd. En app lijkt nog niet af, teksten kloppen niet.
