My bad experience
I feel very dissappointed. The exercises were easy and videos are good but their app and site are very incomprehensible. In the start they offered very good deal, it was like about €30 for 3 months after 3 months they wiped €80 without warning and consent. I checked my profile couldn’t find any information about ending subscription then I needed to check their website, went in the profile there and only then I could cancel it. After another 3 months they slaundered money from my bank account about €84. I just stayed on a pause, I was shocked. I wrote complaint to them and they just answered that they couldn’t do anything. They advertise 14-day repayment but they actually don’t do that so it’s like a scam. In the end I feel fooled. So don’t bother yourself to download their app cause there are plenty better sites and apps who offer much more than this one. Don’t suggest HARNA fit.
