This app is extremely fraudulent.
I purchased a one-week trial thinking it would be suitable for my situation as I’m currently injured and can only do seated exercises. After downloading the app, I was shown additional recommendations, and out of curiosity, I checked them. However, just by doing that, I was charged. While the trial was around $10, I was charged a whopping $70 without my consent. I requested a cancellation, but they responded with a confusing message pretending to assist, only to inform me that they wouldn’t refund the amount I was charged, instead offering some free content. I thought my subscription had been canceled, but I was shocked when I saw the charge on my credit card statement. This is such a scam, and I advise everyone to be cautious.
I'm not impressed this app at all.
For me.I already paid for a workout plan for 3 months After downloaded and opened it had to pay for a workout plans again, I contacted the support team they said I paid already and I can get my plans it maybe from the device or haven't upgraded the app, After I have done it still the same. The app didn't give me any workout plans. And I had. play again. in conclusion it is useless and cannot really be used and I waste my money for free . I don't know if anyone has succeeded with this app. or not.

Consumer Beware! Scam
I joined on 11/24/2024, canceled 12/05/2024. Harna charged me a renewal on 12/23/2024 and refuses to refund me for this erroneous charge. Been fighting over email for days. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Wrongly Renewed subscription
I canceled my subscription over a month ago and Haran renewed it for another month anyway. Subscription was supposed to end 12/23 and they charged me for another month, despite canceling on 12/5. BEawARE of fraudulent charges and deceptive business practices. Reporting the company to Apple, my bank and the BBB.
Subscription trick
The app is set up to trick and sign you up for services you didn’t request. Do not sign up for anything with this app. Original price was $15 first month then goes up to 39.99 and if that was not bad enough and deceptive they pile on a $49 fee for consultations first month then goes to $99. If the app is any good I don’t know but just the fact of the way I felt tricked I could not recommend.
