Scamming app
I typically don’t write reviews, but my recent experience compels me to share. After encountering a quiz for this app on Instagram, I decided to participate. Upon completion, I was prompted to purchase a € 18 package, which I agreed to, thinking it might be beneficial. Immediately afterward, I was presented with an additional € 60 package. Not interested in this upsell, I searched for a way to bypass it but found no option. Hoping to cancel the transaction at the payment stage, I clicked the purchase button; however, using PayPal, the charge was processed instantly without further confirmation. I contacted their support team to request a refund and received a response. However, they merely cited their terms of service, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It’s evident that their primary interest lies in exploiting users rather than providing genuine value. In light of this experience, I recommend exploring alternative apps that don’t impose costly add-ons, especially if you’re mindful of your spending.
