How much does HARNA cost?
HARNA has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 521.60 r.
In September, I decided to try this app for the first time to do some workouts. During the process of purchasing the trial period, I was charged double the amount. I immediately contacted them to get my money back. They responded with a lot of flowery language that meant absolutely nothing and provided no actual help. My money was never refunded. They kept blaming their billing manager, claiming that this person would assist me, but in reality, nothing was resolved.
A couple of days ago, I was charged $90 without my permission. I reached out to them again, demanding a refund, but their response was once again filled with meaningless words and no real help.
On their website, their refund policy clearly states that if I am a resident of the European Union, I have the right to withdraw from the contract and get my money back within 14 days. I pointed this out to them and included that specific section of their policy. However, they refused to refund me and claimed they couldn’t process my request.
They charged my account without my consent and took money they had no legal right to take. This is fraud. They have effectively stolen money from my account. I will do everything in my power to take legal action against them and ensure justice is served.
This is a scam
I took an offer for a plan. It ended up with me being billed 49 USD/month. Who would pay 49USD/month for a mediocre service as this? It is nearly double the price for a gym card. I can’t recommend them to anyone and if you don’t listen and start using the service beware. You will be severely billed. There are better and less expensive services out there.

I got charged twice and never got my money back. I have been writing several times and I only get an automatic response! Don’t download! Not true! I have tried to contact you several times because I never got the money back and I only get an automatic response. I call my bank and they suggested to block my card since this is a very typical way to trick people. You are a fraud!

Good yoga-workout, but continuely monthly renewals and offers you say no to, but they still activates!!!! Warning!!!

Completely useless, and the money back policy is a lie. I was in contact with many different people, and they didn’t want to refund me. Not recommend, and really bad app.

Like the app, but no free trial?
The exercises available are great, but as the other reviewer said - would have been good to get a free trial so you don’t feel like you’re getting scammed in the process
