Worst system ever
Absolutely the worst HR platform I have ever worked with. The day can’t come soon enough when we move away from Harri.
Poor, just poor.
I can no longer log in, as the app prompts me to download Team Live when I enter the correct credentials, despite already having that app downloaded & being logged in there too. Regardless of this recent bug, the interface is clunky, the UI straight out of 2009, & the reliability less than that of an events manager in 2020. This app is the bane of my existence whilst at work, and makes my life more stressful on a day-to-day basis as a manager.

I downloaded this app sometimes ago and worked for maybe 2 months then suddenly stopped. Support could not help as they said I don’t have it!!!! How come if I use it for 2 months 😱
Rubbish
1) I downloaded this app as starting a new job which used this. 2) it NEVER works, I have a decent phone but can never get it to open, it always says invalid password, email, username or credentials ?? Any excuse not to open.. 3) I can honestly say it’s the worst app I’ve had!! 😤

So many issues with the app i always get logged out After every update. I cant log in to my company’s domain without it saying no internet or something went wrong (i have data when trying) please fix
Logbook notes
Can we PLEASE have the option to write logbook notes from the app? That would be awesome!
Unwanted updates, inaccurate reporting
Harri Live forces automatic updates that do not provide accurate labor dollars and percentage to sales information. The app will often shut down, freeze or not allow you to log in. You must delete the entire app and redownload to use. Do not recommend.
