Automatic shutdown
I’ve been playing this game for years but lately the game automatically shutdowns one you finish a level. After you relaunch the game it doesn’t reflect the game level you just finished and you have to start all over again. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but I keep encountering the same issue.
App wont open
The game froze for some reason and when I closed the app then reopen, the game wont open anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled but same result, it no longer opens for me. Bummer!

Not updating
Everytime i press the update button it won't update. It keeps going back to the AppStore or the app exits to the main screen . My phone is an iphone 5.what is wrong here? My phon or the app? I can't delete the app all my data there will be wasted. I can't play the game i don't want to click the notification for nothing. I love Harry Potter I want this game pls fix this! Ty

Can’t connect for 3 days now. All other apps on my phone are working and pretty sure the wifi’s working too. Tried uninstalling/installing it but still the same. Can’t access the game, stuck on fetching 7.5 of 7.8mb… hope i can play again soon… this game helps me destress…

Not a fan of this kind of games but they have it right with HP characters. If you want to have a game to kill in your free time, this is one of those games. And a little competition hurt nobody lol

Unable to download again
Hello I am at level 951 and your app had a glitch now it wont let me download after reinstalling?? I mesg’d you on fb for help with this. It says I don’t have internet connection which I clearly do, not data but connected via wifi with strong signals. Please do something about this. I tried downloading other apps and they work fine.
