Great game! But it has too many lags
I love this game and all, but the game has too many lags and bugs on ensekai servers. Whenever I’m playing a game, there always is a one minute long lag. So can you please fix it? Thanks! :)

amazing game, love the songs, love the art. but my challange song has been glitching and now i dont really have a reason to play daily and it takes sooooo much storage i just dont update it anymore and i eventually stopped playing

Horrible rates
The valentines kanade came out a few mins ago and i had 32k crystals for kanade, i was call with my friends and we were so excited to see what i get because i had the most crystals out of everyone in the group chat, when i was pulling we got the 3rd ten pull and no 4 star but we didnt expect anything so we continued pulling, 6th ten pull still nothing we were losing hope but of course continued, 10th ten pull all i got were minrolls and not even 1 single 4 star. I spent 2 weeks waiting and grinding for kanade and i got nothing, when i realized i got nothing i started crying on call and i embarrassed myself BADLY + i spent 63,87 EU on valentine kanade stuff because ive been waiting for that card for around almost a year, im not asking for a lot but atleast change the rates for it to be atleast a bit possible to get a 4 star in those kinds of gachas.

LOVE the game!!! the stories are amazing and the gameplay is great and the characters are amazing with so much lore behind them! BUT IT BLOCKS ALL THE TIME!!!!! every time i go to upgrade a character it exists the game! and it randomly exist when im in a sekai or in the world. also when i click on the menu the screen often just goes white. love the game but im so sad that it does that so often.
