Haunted Manor 2 - The Horror behind the Mystery - FULL (Christma

Very disappointed! Game froze out while doing white and black ball puzzle. Screen only shows satchel and return arrow and will not allow me to reload or restart game so can’t even let company know. If they do not sort this out for my iPad Air, l will not buy any further games from them! I had a similar problem on a punk science game when apple updated to 11.4 so perhaps the whole trading standards in the games industry needs a major shake up.....Quick follow up! All O. K. Now. A computer nerd has found the solution and showed me how to sort it if it happens again. Very good game but more light would be helpful. Apologies for first attempt at review.

There are some good puzzles in this game but as you proceed through, you find yourself having to google cheat guides because there are no hints on what to do next if you get stuck. It ruined the flow of the game and took some of the enjoyment out of it because I don't particularly like to cheat!

Highly addictive. I loved it. Took me a while to complete. It is pretty difficult in parts the atmosphere of the game keeps you enthralled. Hurry up with Part 3 please!

Things like 'these lightining' and 'well mad' instead of 'well made' but ignoring this a very good game! I had to google some solutions as the active components of each scene aren't always obvious! You often forget what you've seen or that can be interacted with after a few hours. Well worth the money and very enjoyable and different in places. Could have done with a few hints, also the puzzle with screen and the element symbol was hard to make out.. Even after cheating I didn't get it!! Maybe should glow or something when you get the bits in the right order so you can see what you're doing. Loved the game though, only nit picking as I don't like having to cheat but really don't think I would ever have got there by myself!

For kids who grew up on games like 'The 7th Guest' and other haunted-house-point-&-click delights, this is truly one of the greats. The whole series is very tricky, and provides an atmospherical ambience that's quite chilling. This game is highly recommended and I look forward to more from RedBit. Good luck guys and gals! This game starts off looking good but it's essentially a non-linear chasing about all over the place repeatedly in order to find scarcely visible objects which are tenuously connected to each other in order to solve extremely obscure and almost impossible puzzles which don't work properly. I resorted to using a YouTube walk through and, even then, gave up because it just got so boring...going to room 9 to find a thing to use in room one for a key available in room 3 and back to 2 and 5 etc etc. Just pointless. Then the puzzles which, even using a cheat, vary from easy to downright impossible. Even when I solved them I didn't know how. It's a shame, this game. It could have been egreatbut it's just tearing about pointlessly

Puzzles are mixed; some easy others difficult (played on brainy setting) few problems with English in-game text, mainly words have extra letters - ie near the beginning word has extra 'w' but this is minor & doesn't affect gameplay.

I've got as far as the garden room and pretty much given up. And I'm trying easy mode! You need better eyesight and a better brain than I've got to not get frustrated by this game.
