This app is bad enough that I’m leaving a review

If you’re trying to cancel the account, the website is handm.app No you will never find it by searching. You will find similar and higher quality content on my MySpace page from 2007. You absolutely don’t need to pay any sort of subscription for 4 inspirational quotes and a puppy, you probably already have a dog obsessed friend who can fulfill the role and you will benefit more from fostering that relationship for free.

Useless

The “exercises” take all of about 30 seconds to get through and it’s really just a bunch of positivity quotes a brief article about something usually related to the environment or climate change and an animal doing something cute. I gave it a few days, hoping it would become more involved, and I see absolutely no way anybody would benefit from using this app.

Possibly scam?

Got an add for this claiming it to be a goal setting behavioral therapy type app but it’s nonsense. The app and the website have two completely different subscription plans, the website charged my PayPal but wouldn’t give me any further information after signing up and the app is just a bunch of bland positivity quotes when you wake up. Bad experience and I lost $1
