HAVELLS ONE

There is no option to reopen the call. I have called 3 times but no resolution.

I regret to inform potential buyers about my disappointing experience with Havells. I purchased a window AC two months ago, only to receive a defective unit. Despite raising complaints through their application and undergoing 5-6 repairs, the AC remains dysfunctional. I even requested a return, but customer care failed to respond. Havells' products and service are extremely disappointing, and I will never consider buying from them again.

This is the worst app ever made. No need to describe the app behaviour. Where everyone knows, those who are using. Instead using this worst app it is better to use remote or manually we can use.

Keep saying working on it for 1-2 hours … i dont know how ios team works

Very unprofessional people……called me after 5 days of registering service request and when I gave them time for Saturday since it’s my off….they cancelled the service request. Never going to buy their product again..

I could not apply for a service request in one go. I tried for 5-6 closing and opening for every step. Very poor app. Requires a lot of improvement

LLOYD IS VERY LOW CLASS COMPANY IN THE SENSE OF SERVICE. Customer care call cant be connected

Don’t purchase their product they will never resolve any issue if u find problem with the product they will not resolve it even in warranty or you buy warranty they will scam you and not help you with it.. you have to be behind them for resolution and this customer service they will disconnect your call pls don’t waste your money on their products their are many other option reasonable and good I am regretting taking their water purifier.

Most fraud and third grade company ..they have recruited thiefs I their company to loot public money ..worst product and worst services will recommend everyone to boycott this third class company don’t buy anything from them Havells

My requests were cancelled many times saying customer due to out of station. I waited for three days for service and no one called. I have repeatedly mentioned Meridian service that a date and time has to be setup for service and it was never done. It’s not totally professional
