I am a lighting contractor in Florida that installs several manufacturers’ smart lighting systems. Haven’s app is by far the most user-friendly and intuitive apps on the market, bar none. The ability to take a picture of the areas of illumination and controlling lights from that picture is a game changer! Quick, efficient controls makes my life as an installer super easy! Haven Lighting is the industry leader in the low voltage, smart lighting space for a reason!!

App continuously crashes or won’t load at all. Haven’t been able to use it to control my lights for over a month now!

Please fix the app from crashing. Must be something with the new iOS update

Tried to download numerous times but it won’t stay active. It opens and immediately closes. Help!

Latest version is unstable and unusable. Crashes constantly.

The app is good in theory, but it is error prone and needs some tweaks. My guess is that the developer doesn’t use it in their normal life and isn’t aware of the fixes that are needed! Please reach out to your users and let’s make this thing better.
