Buying through app is straight forward and easy, but the search does not bring out all the results. I could not search for travel shirts in app. I hope it will be improved as i regularly buy your shirts.

Your shirts are truly beautiful! I need to visit your branch on Fenchurch Street, because I don’t know my measurements.

This is one of those ‘legacy’ issues where the app doesn’t display the right way up. Those with Magic Keyboards, or who just like to use their iPads largely in Landscape are frustrated by situations like this. I didn’t think Apps still did this. It’s a shame as the odd impulse buy from on of my favourite shops would certainly be more encouraged if this one issue were tackled.

there was mistake on size of item so emailed several times and got no response ,4 days later rang and was told no emails have been received and order had just been sent this morning so now to late to change order ,they just couldn’t be bothered and seems convenient that order was sent minutes before me ringing,now have to return order and start again ,never using this company again ,very poor customer service

The one bad thing about the app that there’s no option to check the previous perches. You have to switch to the website version

Very quick service despite the Xmas New Year hols, great quality shirts and knitwear received at great value for money.

My favourite brand.. everything is good but I couldn’t find the option of click and collect from nearest store while checking out from app this time.. don’t know why this option has been removed.. end up paying £5 for postage.. overall awesome stuff and best fitting of all the clothing .. Thumbs up to H&C

I use Hawes & Curtis for my work suits, casual gear & even coats. Never been disappointed with the quality or design of everything purchased. Can definitely recommend to anybody who recognises quality close that look great on, stay stylish and last for years.

Having downloaded the App expecting it to speed up my purchase of 4 new work shirts I found it actually prevented me ordering at all! At checkout I initially tried to use Amazon pay, signed in and then was instructed to close the window to continue. Having done this it took me back to the order page but as a guest again and not signed in to Amazon. I then opted to checkout as a guest but despite having 4 shirts in my basket it somehow removed 2 on the subsequent order page. I tried to go back and click through again, assuming it may be a one off bug but alas it did it every time! Literally an app that is so poorly designed you can’t order their products.
