I booked a taxi several days ahead of my travel date via the app. The app stated it was confirmed and I was to pay for the journey with cash. Come the day of travel the taxi never arrived. So I called the office and they stated I now needed to pay via a link before they would dispatch a taxi. Now I have no problem if this is their policy. I would happily pay ahead to time. But this was not the case. They used stated cash when travelling was their policy and they had changed. Because of this change my taxi was half an hour late. The operator I spoke to was all to aware of this issue but was not happy to take my complaint and raise it further. So the customer service is awful with slopy shoulder employees that want to bat you off rather then pass on a complaint. Would only use this firm if no one else was available …. And even then I’d consider walking

We use Hawk often and always find the drivers to be punctual and often early but today our driver was 14 minutes late, offered no explanation or apology and as a result we have missed our train. On this occasion, the service is only a one star - very disappointing!!

I've waited over 30 minutes for a cab for the cab driver to be driving the wrong way throughout the journey to me and then cancelling my booking.
