Hays Travel Currency Card

Totally useless, phoned your help line and was told I could not upload a new debit card. Usual Hays poor customer service

It was so easy to add money in to this account fantastic

Good card, decent rates however after few months of use the notifications when you spend have stopped. All settings in app and phone are the same yet no notifications when spending. If this continues will move to a different card supplier.

It took several attempts to get the money transferred

Whilst on holiday my card was stolen. Whilst I can block it on the app there is no option to transfer the money out or an order a replacement card. You have to sit on hold for HOURS!!!!

I’ve found this card a life saver where ever you go it’s always excepted with out any hassle absolutely love it 😜👍

A little complicated for me … after a few attempts I managed .I’m a bit of a dinosaur so it may be easier for others .

This card has been so worth it! Can use in any currency via the app, super easy to change currency or add more money to your card. Accepted by shops as a normal card, super easy to add to Apple wallet. We love it, can convert any left over currency back to pounds and use in the UK.
