Can’t log back in. Even the reset my password tool says my account doesn’t exist. Health insurance is a rip off anyway. Time to cancel my policy.

Enter account details every single time and upload photo then try to check that’s it the correct invoice and then can’t get out of it without exiting the app- so have to verify without checking!

Extremely easy to make a claim and find any other information about your cover that you need.

We have been with HBF for 48 years and while I was at first scared, a friendly staff member put me at ease, and being 90 years old I found the claim easy to handle and submit, Thank you HBF Dr/ W. Frick {PhD}

I find it incomprehensible that there is not an HBF office in Mandurah. This a huge area of largely older people in need of health care. We now have to travel over half an hour to get to an HBF office which is so inconvenient!

Maria at Karrinyup was very helpful and friendly.

But ‘Reviewing’ photo kept image hanging and locked, having to wait until timed out. After 5 repeat experiences, bypassed review of image quality to conclude transaction. V annoying.

So handy and easy

Unable to put claim through at time of ordering glasses in store (for which I am fully covered). Spec Savers staff advised ongoing issues since software upgrade & advised I need to pay the account & claim back through HBF. Very inconvenient.
