The disappointment is that although it says it’s gets it details from Apple Health it doesn’t get details of walks. And so, although I do more than 2km walks daily, my walks in HBM stays stubbornly 0m. Also I can’t seem to tell it I am in fact happy!! My emotional wellbeing is stuck on 53%
The app is very simplistic, I was disappointed when I accessed the content to see how basic it was. It’s also frustrating that you can’t see how your scores are calculated, and I’m struggling to see how it has drawn certain conclusions based on limited questions and information. I suspect it is just a vehicle to sell wellness tests and assessments, and I can’t recommend it.
App does not load and get stuck
Was really keen to try this app. Paid for the Essentials subscription, got all the receipts through, but the app wouldn’t let me into the subscription. I tried deleting and redownloading the app etc etc and it still wouldn’t work. Emailed customer service and they came back to me, said it was fixed but it still doesn’t work. I’ve just cancelled my subscription and deleted the app now.
Couldn’t see anywhere that it needed a monthly subscription so went through all the 20 questions and then it won’t let me view anything because I need to pay the monthly fee which I don’t want to do.
So I download the app as it’s states it’s free with in app purchases so I get that but within 24 hours of me downloading it & going to use it EVERYTHING is blocked unless you sign up to a monthly charge!!! Not great
Downloaded twice, no code was emailed to me to enable me to access it
I’m not exaggerating when I say every other question in the initial questionaire is “what is your height?” “What is your weight?” When I’ve already put that information in. It’s pointless using this app until that’s sorted.
I really love this app and wish I could give it 5 stars. But it is constantly logging me out, even when I’m in the middle of using it. This then requires an email passcode to get back in. That’s if it works, sometimes it just says “user unauthorised”. It doesn’t always pick up my daily steps, even when it says it’s synched with the health app. And it won’t let me retake the questionnaire for bio age, and the coach has provided a link. Needs a lot of work!
I have found I am a lot more conscious during the day to be more active and eat better since I have been doing the goals in the app. They are just little changes that are suggested but I’ve been feeling really good. Plus I get excited to see when my age changes.
