Locked me out of my account. And when I try to answer the security questions it’s asking me questions they never had me answer, and saying that the account is removed

Every time I get money deposited into my account the app won’t load!! It’ll show the symbol and the. Turn white and stay like that. It’s ridiculous. I have to uninstall it everytime just to see my money.

Can’t get it to load into the sign in page at all!

I used this app constantly as it was easy and accessible but once they updated it, I have not been able to get it to load at all, whether it’s on my phone data or wifi. I cannot even get it to launch to the sign in screen. It’s very frustrating. Needs worked on.

New app is not good at all. Too slow, poorly designed, and fonts way too small.

I've done everything I can to get this app to work, including contact the bank. I have an iPhone 5s with the latest firmware. "We are sorry, your device is not supported at this time."
