Customer Service is the worst, unwilling to hold responsibility
IT IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have not much to say about the app itself, but I have to warn everyone about their service. The customer service agent I dealt with was very irresponsible. Firstly, the agent increase the shipping fee within a few hours with unjustifiable reason. I was told with a price in the morning when I ask my family to mail the items to Hbuy inventory, and when the items were received in the afternoon, the agent dramatically increase the price without providing a reason. The agent also claim that my items should be mailed in separate methods (which I was not informed before shipping items to them). Two of my packages were charged with duties, and when I first ask the agent, the person claim that it is a fraud. The person was confident that their company won’t charge me any duties. But when found out it is from them, they push the responsibility to the carrier company. Another of my package was mailed in March 14th and claimed to arrive in 5-10 days. I have waited over one and half month, still no voice. The agent explain it is due to the carrier and refuse to help me contact the carrier for further confirmation. Interestingly, my 4th package, which mailed in April 3rd (using the same carrier) has now arrived within 10 days. The customer service continue blame issues on other cause while refuse to provide further detail or investigation. If you are looking to ship anything AVOID using them.
