HC Mobile offers near-real time tracking and data management mobile solutions that can support field operations ranging from patient tracking, triage, and transport to critical equipment, resource tracking, and patient monitoring solutions.
HC Mobile gives authorized users access to HC Standard®, a cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) application that can support data integration and data standardization to meet organizational and interoperability needs. HC Mobile improves situational awareness through a common operating platform for all patient encounters, evacuations, transports and relocations throughout the entire incident management process. Easily capture, retrieve and share critical information to improve decision making and support and enhance situational awareness.

HC Mobile also includes HC Standard’s HC Patient Tracking™ system, which provides patient triage and tracking capabilities. HC Patient Tracking is simple yet comprehensive, providing organizations compliance with the national data standards for field electronic patient tracking and triage.
HC MobileTM provides the following key features:
• Accesses a broad range of data within HC Standard® with a single, customizable application.
• Collects and shares patient information, full-color video, patient encounter audio and high-resolution images in near real-time.
• Shares patient vital signs and other clinical data with receiving hospitals via Wi-Fi, cellular, and various Emergency Wireless Routing Access Points.
• Creates a patient record with time, date, and GPS location stamps.
• Scans barcodes found on patient triage tags or driver’s licenses, creating a unique patient ID and automatically applying patient information stored on the driver’s license barcode.
• Utilizes the speech-to-text capabilities to allow for hands-free rapid input of patient information.
• Provides full system integration through secure web services with the HC Standard® database for further connectivity and visibility by receiving hospitals, evacuation centers, emergency operations centers, and family reunification personnel.
• Allows rapid and secure login via a biometric interface.
• Operates natively and in a disconnected state enabling true application mobility. This allows for independence from tethered workstations, using isolated store and forward technology that can hold information in an offline state until the main database can be reached.
• Allows for 24/7/365 application use. Useful during daily EMS runs, mass gatherings, disasters, and Mass Casualty Incidents (MCIs).
• Complies with the Practitioner Steering Group (PSG) and OASIS working group standards. The PSG is sponsored by the DHS Office for Interoperability and Compatibility (OIC), of which the National Association of State EMS Officials (NASEMSO) is a member.
• It is easy to modify and maintain with the existing IT Staff currently supporting operations.

• This application is capable of background operation in a disconnected state.
• Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
