Always make incorrect recognition of receipts
The App always makes wrong recognition of receipt and takes more than a month to process the H Coins registrations.
儲分功能，認單據字效率低
成日認錯單，又冇得改
正垃圾H coin
原來有大量用家比comment 有同一情況，正垃圾H coin,恒基比唔起優惠就唔好學人整App啦, 成日唔批，等過期2星期博人唔記得。又睇唔到銀碼，咁點追？比你記得但完全冇途徑追。係恒基場買野仲要晒精神成日㩒入去睇有冇批積分，為乜要咁辛苦？！去新鴻基買嘢The point 儲分都唔會咁。

無法收到驗證碼 。一直嘗試長達一年 。幾時先解決 。又無即時線上客服 。櫃檯又成日一大堆人 。即系想點 。意思系唔系叫人唔去你地商場消費 。無著數無料到 。

上傳單據，資料齊全，都唔審批，建議你哋唔好用，優惠極少。簡直係垃圾。

大銀碼少少（只係500+）嘅單就成日都隔好幾日話登記不成功，明明影齊單據，百零蚊果啲就好快成功…..好難唔懷疑有心唔想人儲分囉
