Upon sign up, the person said it’s a one time fee. Next month the teacher will review with us and whether we want to continue. However, while in the midst of changing teacher midway (due to imcompatibility of the teacher interacting with the children), we were charged on a recurring basis when we havnt finalise the new teacher yet. Still cannot refund me and pending 2 weeks since. Trial lesson was super fun and interactive But actual lesson was whole opposite. We try sticking it through as the in charge said this teacher very patience. Asked for the trial lesson teachers and was told trial lesson teachers are only trial lesson teachers and havnt go up the level to have their class yet??? During sign up, was told it’s a 50min lesson. During change of teacher, they said actually it’s a 30min lesson. End up a recalculation for the number of lessons but with the so many unpleasantness, not even sure if we want to continue with them. Lots of misses ending up a very unpleasant experience
