This app truly sucks. Just to login is a hellish quest, to go on further with the app services is a daydream. If it went smoothly once out of 1000 to show that outdated stone age interface, it’d not respond and always crash. Needs urgent professional intervention or just remove it and save us both the trouble.

للاسف تطبيق الموبايل ضعيف وقديم وغير متطور ودائم السقوط .مش عيب انكم تدرسوا تجارب البنوك التانيه وتتعلموا منها زي تطبيق البنك الاهلي وبنك مصر لكن السنوات تمر والحال علي ما هو عليه والسيرفر دائم السقوط عيب ونحن في ٢٠٢٤ ونفس الامر ينطبق علي الانترنت البنكي . استفيقوا يرحمك الله بسببكم بطلت استخدم حساباتي في البنك .

للاسف بقالى اكتر من ٣ شهور مش عارف افتح الاكونت بتاعى لا بنك عارف يحل المشكلة ولا خدمة العملاء عارفين يحلو المشكلة وكلمتهم كتير جدا برنامج سيء جدا جدا ومشاكله كتير وغير مؤهل انه يكون ابلكيشن بنك
