The camera won’t hook up to the Internet I’ve tried for hours

This app is clunky at best. Do not expect to be able to stream constantly at all. It s always crashing, timing out, losing camera. It could be good if it could handle the load but it fails miserably. I know it’s not my WiFi/router or camera because I have another camera in the same location using a different app and it works flawlessly all day, all night…if you expect to be able to log in and watch the cam at any time…don’t it will only work sometimes…

Not a positive review to be found from a real person and no effort to fix , These idiots got us a bunch of suckers for this Chinese fraud , probably a good thing it doesn’t work considering the hacking they are doing , a blessing from above

Garbage these people should be fined for false advertising App crashes constantly, no firmware updates audio does not record properly. Very disappointed, bad Chinese products, app update i greatly needed!

Don’t waste your time and money on this garbage product and app. This is a low end Chinese product and don’t expect it to work more than 5 minutes. Constantly freezes and crashes. 4K quality lol they just write whatever they want. It’s not even close to HD.

Motion detector does not work

Ever since the latest update, my alarms do not work anymore. This ap was poorly designed in the first place and now is really junk.

This is by far the worst app I have ever put my hands on. Did a 5 year old whose currently learning coding built this app? There is nothing positive about this app and frankly why do you put this garbage out for users to use? I would understand if we just started using application but apps have been around for over a decade and this is the best you can do? This is terrible and I feel like I have wasted money on my mini HD camera because I can’t use it without this application. I have spent two days playing with the app to get my cameras to connect and it’s like I’m try to launch a rocket to the moon. Stop giving customers garbage to use please. This is an elementary school project at best. Thanks for the garbage and now I have lost 200 dollars on 4 cameras that I can’t use. Chinese built garbage
