New HDFC Mobile application
Can not open it. Please help.
Worst app release process
I fail to understand why HDFC bank keeps updating apps and asks customers to reinstall everytime. Haven’t seen this approach followed by any other bank or fintech. What’s more laughable is that they are not letting me login by showing me message that 11.2 on iOS is no longer supported, on the other hand 11.6 is not available on App Store. Your engineering team needs to be revamped, or better I’ll change my bank to some more reliable bank who know what they are doing.
User friendly and versatile App
Have been using the mobile for TPT and other banking functions. I am happy to see that only one device per customer id can be registered thereby reducing misuse or fraudulent use. A user friendly and versatile app for on the go banking needs.
Simple and Functional
Love HDFC for its app amongst all other major Indian bank apps. The fact that it doesn’t do a rapid fire of OTP for every click (unlike some other banks who go beserk on overuse of OTP), makes it very usable. The UI is intuitive. Stable and reliable.
Need to fix device register for App update
The app has become almost unusable now. Apparently, your device has to be registered after every single App update. Device is supposed to be registered only once. And if you are accessing from the same device, then subsequent App update should not prompt for re registration. Please fix this asap.

Latest app update doesn’t allow to login
Please don’t make it difficult for people to login! Crappy fraud prevention mechanism asking too much details and makes life difficult for NRI’s.
