Worst mutual funds service ever
These days in the fast world of digital everything is so quickly done but when we decided to invest through HDFC MF through the same bank as we hold savings accounts in the same bank and branch. That turned out to be the worst decision ever as since 2 months now we are unable to purchase mutual funds nor the bank people are showing interest in that. Being customers we are behind them to get it done and unfortunately it’s pending. HDFC being such a big brand should seriously look into matter and treat mutual funds customers properly. HDFC Bank people blame HDFC mutual funds section and HDFC MF group is blaming them but as a customer we say it has one brand and under one umbrella. Customer should not suffer in this. Hope this msg reaches to highest level of banking board and improvements will be done. I would suggest people to skip this app and go for some other apps like grow or any other good platforms available.
