Submit order feature is not working
Place buy order button is not working. Reinstalled app, restarted mobile. Did all sorts of workaround. Hopeless application.
Worst App for supposedly biggest private bank
This app is useless always crash and even portfolio option blanks out and then Trade option is blank, keep giving headaches to trade. You need to seriously spend some money on development and testing team HDFC.
FaceID not working
Not able to register for FaceID. Please fix the FaceID login issue.
Worst UI
I wanted to cancel open equity orders. I can’t find anywhere.. so disappointed... I shouldn’t not opened account in HDFC. Upstox web or mobile app UI is very good and user friendly. Fully disappointed.
Ease of use
Easy to use. Well designed UX
Face ID issue
Face ID remain enabled only for few hours and require user Id and password again. Once the Face ID is enabled it should be used for login until it’s not disabled like we have for HDFC Bank app where Face ID works with out any issues.
App doesn’t load home, portfolio etc
After upgrade to the latest version. The performance is pathetic. Most of the tabs doesn’t load data. Please get it fixed asap.

Act the app deserves negative rating .. on the busiest days the app doesn’t work
Worst user experience
Worst app in terms of user experience. Crashes frequently. No automated login after 12 hours. No support to use password managers for automated logins. Shows unnecessary ads in between app.
