Super Simple, No Options

If you have simple migraines/headaches with very simple/few triggers and single pain locations, this app could be great for you. If you have a more complex set of migraine headaches, this app is not for you. You open it up to an ad for its subscription plan, though there is a free version. You select you have a migraine, you can select ONE trigger from their small list of very generic triggers. You can select ONE location for the location of your pain. If you have pain in your forehead AND your temples, you have to choose one. And that is the extent of the tracking ability. There are better, more comprehensive tracker apps for free/better free plan if you need a comprehensive tracker.

More like what I was looking for

I really don’t like the migraine apps that make you select a stop and start time. My migraine symptoms sometimes come and go over days or last 8 hours as a nagging band of pain that never fully goes away until I sleep. I just would like the option of pressing a button to easily show some basic symptoms like if there was a visual or physical aura involved, nausea, stomach distress, etc. Sometimes I have aura without pain. And sometimes I have auras back to back. Within a migraine periods. Overall, though, the simplicity here i what I was looking for. I just want to make some basic notes so I can tell my neurologist at my next appt how many episodes I had and/or what days I had symptoms without pain.
