Can’t even log in

tjmatc on

I cannot log in to the app at all. I can log in to the website interface but keep getting a “network error” message when trying to use the app. No earthly idea how to get past this.

Why do you need my email address and phone number?

MV94941 on

The registration process is cumbersome, and you don’t explain why you need my personal information before I can start using the app. I can just imagine someone having downloaded the app and then forgetting about it until they saw an actual event that might have caused a concussion. But before they would be able to start using the app they’d first need to verify their email address?! Moreover, the app is not intuitive. I think you need to work on adding some tool tips or something to teach users how to navigate the app.

I was excited to find an app I could readily use on my phone for sideline concussion screening instead of bothering with pen and paper, especially when it’s raining, etc. I found this app and was willing to give it a try regardless of the low rating and reviews. I was extremely disappointed to see once I had registered, a notification stating once I verify through my email, it was only a 30 day free trial then I would need to make a purchase for further use. Not even worth my time to verify. Unsubscribed and deleted.

Let me login.

I’ve reset my password literally eleven times. I’ve made sure it’s correct, but it keeps saying that the username or password is incorrect. Terrible.

There is no update

Stop telling me to update when there is no update!!!

Crashes on iOS 11.3

tjmatc on

Good app and inclusion of VOMS is great. Unfortunately it crashes when you get to the Convergence section. I’d rate higher if I could actually complete a test.
