The app does not work, it says pairing failed. Funny thing is I hear that message through my earbuds which are paired to my mobile.

Connection issue resolved
Had the same issue of app not connecting although headphones working fine. After turning off Apples accessibility-> Audio & Visual -> Headphone Accomodations all came good. Haven’t tested to see it was just coincidence, just happy to have it working. App is quite nice. Personally love the sound of these, noise cancelling is impressive.
Useless
Very disappointed with this app, Yamaha have lost it. Not even worth one star. Will not pair through the app but my headphones are working; advises that ‘pairing failed’ through the headphones - how does that work??? A total waste. Useless app.

The app doesn’t work
So we are all on the same page, right? This app straight up doesn’t work. There’s a GSM Arena review of the Yamaha TWE7B that highlights the exact issue; it just says “pairing failed”. I tried it myself, same result. iPhone 13 Pro Max

私もアプリでBluetoothが繋がらなくて途方に暮れましたが 他の方のレビューで仰っている通り設定から このアプリを選んでBluetoothをオンにするとアプリとヘッドフォンが 無事繋がりました。 アプリ内でなんのヒントも無いのでかなり不親切だと思いました。
