This is not what I thought I was downloading and does not let me do any control settings for the earbuds. How do I get a refund?
Unfair to ask us to pay for the app. It doesn’t allow us full use of the earbuds.
I bought the Sleep 20 earbuds with the understanding that I could use them fully. When I got it. It told me to download the app. And then they want money for me to use the app. In other words ongoing charges for whatever I’ve already spent money on. I don’t think this is fairor good business practice.
Won’t connect to tv

Useless-I wasted my money on a lifetime subscription
I thought this was some kind of music app that would give me access to songs like Amazon or iTunes. But as far as I can tell all you can listen to are songs you purchase elsewhere and upload to the app. There are zero instructions, and just a few sample songs. Basically it’s a total rip-off.
