Like many others this app has huge potential but unfortunately I found the interface too fiddly or even counter intuitive at times. I have played around with the app trying to convince myself that this was the app of choice for my university studies / revision mind maps but unfortunately it will remain dormant until some improvements are made on the ui.
This app is unique. It makes note taking something new. It is really useful for revision purposes as you can add notes of important quotes and definitions to certain groups. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a way to present key information. However in an update I'd like to see different shape text boxes to add more to my mind maps.
Needs more development but basics are there. I'd most like to be able to customise the 3D graphics. Hope they continue developing this, and also do one for pc/mac.
Brilliant, I use it to focus and put all my notes in a visual space to show others at meetings all the time on my iPad. It's quick, good presentation tool, keeps my thoughts organised and yep it would be good to have something that buzzes or reminds you when your deadline is nearly up.
Was interested to try this out as I am a frequent user of mindmapping tools. This app looks good and has potential, however the glossy 3d look often gets in the way of really seeing a clear picture. Also the performance and rendering seems to suffer sometimes I have to say that I took a risk with this app which has not yet paid off. I hope future development will prove worthwhile, but for me it's the end of the road for now.
This app is brilliant, add all your thoughts, to do lists, ideas, make connections. It does it all. You can shake it, zoom in out, change 3d angle it looks so futuristic and I end up looking at it just because it's so cool. I have lots of work etc to do so being able to clear my head is amazing and it's all safely on headspace. I just want push notifications and/or date deadlines with flashing icons to make it the ultimate to do list! Keep up the good work. Thanks.
This is one of the coolest apps I've tried in an attempt to organise my life. The Sci Fi geeks among you out there will love this, very Minority Report! On the functionality side of things, it takes a little getting used to at first, but the user manual is clear and easy to understand. The graphic presentation is amazing, very responsive and clear. Perhaps the only downside is that it is sometimes possible to "lose" the Headspace map as the app makes full use of the Accelerometer on the iPhone and iPad. That said, there is a very useful button that returns you to the "world" view of things. As this is a universal app you can have it on both iPhone and ipad and sending and receiving files between the two is very simple through either wifi or Bluetooth, so you can always have your latest ideas to hand. So far I'm very impressed with this app. I love the futuristic look and feel of it, and having got used to using it I think it's great.
